Prepare skillet.
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup cut baked potatoes
1/2 dried onion
1/2 diced tomato
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tbs. parsley
1 cup fat free cholesterol free egg substitute
